About the Artist

Kristen Dahms is a watercolor and mixed-media artist whose work blends whimsy, imagination, and storytelling. Her work has been exhibited in galleries and featured at art festivals throughout the East Coast.

Kristen’s creative process is a playful blend of curiosity, texture, and storytelling. Each artwork begins with a theme—an idea, a memory, or a feeling.

She stains the paper with coffee to create an aged, organic foundation, then layers hand-drawn lines, patterns, collage elements, and watercolor paint to build depth and character.

Each artwork is an invitation into a space where curiosity is rewarded, magic feels possible, and imagination has room to breathe.

“The more you look, the more you see.”
