Christmas Card

"Christmas Star" was inspired by the beauty of nature and the light of a stray night. I wanted to capture the beauty of one tree glowing with christmas lights and a large singe star on top. The inside of the card say "May the beauty of the season bring you joy throughout the coming year". Thank you friend, family, and followers for submitting your suggestions for a quote and your feed back.

As a manager, I try to make my subordinates feel that I am their friend. I try to do stuff that not every manager would do. For example, during the Christmas season, I try to send hand written Christmas cards to my employees. It is not really a grand gesture, but I view it as a simple thank you. I really hope that I am connecting with them through these simple acts that I am doing, I really do hope.
